How Do I Track My Order?

It’s easy to track the progress of your order, just check your dispatch email or use our online system in 'My Account'.

Track Your Order Via Email
Following completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email directing you to the ‘My Orders’ section of ‘My Account’ for further delivery information.

Track Your Order Online
Log into My Account where all of your orders will be displayed in the 'My Order' section.
In the ‘My Orders’ section click on the relevant order ‘track’ link where you will be provided with detailed order / delivery information. Where we have access to tracking information, you will be directed to our courier's website.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet, What Should I Do?
We suggest you log into My Account, to check the progress of your order using the steps above and double check your expected delivery times for your products in the confirmation email you will receive after placing an order.

Can I change my delivery address?

New Customers

You can add a delivery address during checkout. This address will be saved for future use My Account, You’ll be able to add or delete more delivery addresses after you’ve placed your first order.

Existing Customers

There’s two ways to change your delivery address.

When you’re in the My Account section, click on the Manage My Account button to view your Address Book list. You’ll be able to add a new address, delete an existing one or change your default delivery address.

Alternatively, you can add or change a delivery address when placing an order during checkout. Any saved delivery addresses that you’ve previously used will show in this section.

Can I change my billing address?

If you’re a business credit account customer and you need to update your billing address, please let us know the relevant changes on company letterhead.
