Delivery Options and Costs
Expected delivery delays
Due to the extremely high volume of goods in UK courier networks, there are delays expected throughout the month of December. Our courier partners have advised that they are moving to a 48-hour service as standard. This may cause some delays over the next week as our carriers handle this volume. We are working with our couriers and supply chain to ensure we can get your orders to you as quickly as possible and minimise delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Christmas delivery dates
Orders processed before 5pm on Thursday 24th December will be attempted for delivery on Wednesday 30th December (this excludes furniture and products with a longer lead time). All orders placed after this date will be processed for delivery on Tuesday 5th January 2021. This excludes orders to Scotland which will be attempted from Wednesday 6th January 2021.
Our couriers are now offering contactless No-touch No-sign Delivery, which allows you to get your packages with minimum contact. All drivers strictly adhere to the social distance advice and wash their hands frequently and thoroughly as well as use alcohol-based hand sanitisers.
Customised product delivery
Some customised furniture and safes require special couriers to complete a delivery. If you've ordered a product to an area other than the ground floor or to premises with non-vehicular access, there may be an additional delivery charge.
This information will be clearly displayed on the product page and in the Shopping Basket view.
Reward items and free gifts
Reward item delivery is free of charge with all orders over £29 (ex VAT).
If you'd like to claim a reward item without placing an order, you'll be charged a small delivery fee of £4.95 + VAT.

We'll have your items delivered within 5 to 7 business days when you order before 5 pm.
FREE Next Day Delivery
We offer FREE Next Business Day Delivery for the majority of postcodes within the mainland UK. Delivery will be made to kerbside.
Next Business Day Delivery is not possible for the following postcodes ranges:

Delivery & Installation
Our Delivery and Installation Service uses a dedicated vehicle to deliver to the required address. Carried out by a team of fully trained and skilled installers, who provide a professional and quality service. All combined delivery and installations will be completed within 6 to 10 business days. You will be notified of the day and time in advance. On the day, our drivers will call one hour before arrival to let you know they are on their way.
Installation includes the removal of all packaging, inspection of all goods and we will clean down the area on completion.
- Deliveries between 9am and 5pm
- 24 hours’ notice is required to amend or cancel any delivery and installation
- Charges will be calculated at checkout
