Features an ergonomic, stainless steel handle that provides comfort during cooking or serving, whilst being extremely robust - great for use within any commercial kitchen. The pan is designed with a deep construction that features an angled lip. This aids in reducing the risk of foods being spilled whilst preventing burn injuries through hot oils, fats or ingredients.

The pan consists of a copper core that is sandwiched between two layers of aluminium, and finished with two layers of stainless steel.
