Bar Keepers Friend is a premium, powder-based household cleanser that's suitable for use all round the home.
It has a non-bleach formula that can be used on stainless steel cookware; sinks; glass and ceramic hobs; kitchen worktops and porcelain and acrylic bathtubs.
It's also great at removing rust and tarnishing, water stains and lime scale.
The ”secret” to BKF's cleaning power is oxalic acid. Discovered by chance in 1882, by a chemist who noticed that his pot was cleaner after cooking rhubarb, the original formula still out-performs many modern cleaning products.
