Customer services on Twitter

Customer feedback has always been an important way of hearing from our customers, it is of course nice to know when we have provided the service that the customer expected but just as importantly it is very important for us to know when we have failed the customer.

Feedback from our customers has enabled us to make changes to our online customer tools and internal processes which have helped in making it easier for our customers to shop with us. When we have not met a customer’s expectation, the feedback provided helps us to look into the issue and where we see the opportunity make the change to either a process or update a products description we do.

We are also able to see back to our service providers, couriers and suppliers who work with us to provide a clean and reliable service.
