What colours are available?

We offer a wide range of coloured papers that are designed to add visual impactto important documents and presentations as well as colour coding paper work.
Available in various different shades ranging from Pastel through to Deep colours.

Will it work with my copier, laser / inkjet printer or my fax machine?

Most manufacturers guarantee their product for use on all office printers, including mono and colour copiers, laser, inkjet and plain paper fax machines.  Details of the compatibility of a paper product is usually outlined in the description. How do I know I am using the correct Photo Paper?

This is down to choice. Picture quality paper is available in various weights and sizes.Photo quality paper can be anything from 165gsm up to 270gsm. Basically the heavier the weight of the paper the better quality your photos will be. The paper sizes vary and once again are determined by what size of print you wish to achieve. There are lighter weights available but these are not recommended for high quality pictures, but can be used for coloured documents. Why should I choose Glossy, Satin or Matt Finish for my photos?

Once again this is down to personal choice. Prior to digital technology, we all used to take ourfilms for processing to a shop for developing. We had a choice of size and texture for our pictures. Well basically this is what you need to decide when choosing your photopaper

What should I use for letterhead?

You will want your letterhead to reflect your company image and create a good impression.We would recommend using 100gsm paper to create a professional image.

We offer arange of quality 100+gsm papers in various finishes such as smooth, satin or textured available with or without a watermark. View all Executive Paper.

Laid – Is a traditional finish and is described by themanufacturer as a 'Tactile' paper. The distinctive lines (all going in onedirection, vertical or horizontal) woven into the paper give it a very classic,raised finish. Conqueror and Character brandsboth have a range of Executive Paper with a Laid finish.

Wove – A sharp polished finish and is smooth tothe touch. The Wove texture option is available in the Character and Conqueror executive paper ranges.

Contour – This is an embossed paper with whatis described by the manufacturer as a hammer finish. Conqueror has arange of Executive Paper with a Contour finish.

Vellum – This offers a more subtle texture option, with a gentle 'tooth' or depth of texture. The Vellum texture option is available in the 5 Star, Character and Conqueror executive paper ranges.

Smooth – This is the most common finish. If the texture is notstated then you can usually assume that the paper has a smooth finish. There arealso Ultra Smooth options available. Smooth papers can be found throughout all Executive Paper ranges.

Atextured paper is traditionally chosen to add value to any importantdocuments.

Matching envelopes are also available to compliment your choice of paper.

How do I look after my paper?

The way you look after your paper can affect its performance.

Store your paper in a cool dry place - Paper is a living, natural material and itsproperties may change slightly with variations in humidity and temperature. Allpaper likes stable conditions and when stored at room temperature in normalhumidity, it stays in perfect condition for a long time - and ready touse.

Don’t expose your paper to heat - Next to a radiator or in direct sunlight is not theplace for storing paper. Paper’s copying and printing properties are affected not only by excessive humidity but also by excessive dryness.
