Within this Printer Label category we have four main groups of label types that are defined by the type of printer that the label is compatible with, the type of printer labels available here are Copier labels, Inkjet labels, Laser labels & those labels that are compatible with all types of printing method Laser,Copier and Inkjet labels.

Copier Printer Labels
Copier labels are produced on A4 sheets and are manufactured for use with photcopiers, these self-adhesive labels are solvent free producing excellent print quality labels. The two brands associated with the production of these label products are 5 Star labels & Avery Labels.

Inkjet Printer Labels
Inkjet labels offer guaranteed quick drying and smudge free performance. Clear Inkjet labels are perfect for use on coloured envelopes being virtually invisible once applied and also giving the individually typed look. White Inkjet Lables are designed for use with Royal Mails Smartstamp offering a convenient way to deal with business mail. 5 Star & Avery are again the leading players in this group.


Laser Printer Labels
The labels here are designed for use with sheet-fed laser printers offering a superior print quality, easy to use templates are referenced in most label print configuration software packages. Laser print labels are available in a huge range of pack sizes suitable for smaller and larger print volumes.

Printer labels are produced in a good variety of colours with White and Clear being the most common, Blue labels, Green labels and Silverlabels also available from within this group of label products.

The White Printer Labels in this section are all produced from only the highest quality materials and are compatible with all the leading manufacturers of printers. There is also an exceptional selection of label sizes ranging from 1 label per sheet all the way up to 216!

There are three leading brands of white printer labels featured here including; Herma printer labels, 5 Star & Avery white printer labels.


Clear Printer Labels provide a near perfect invisible look once applied to an envelope giving an individually typed feel. Also within this group are a range of perfect see through glossy labels that are perfect for use on glass, plastic, metal and even polished surfaces.
 

Label templates are available in Microsoft Word and other popular software packages. On a blank document in Word you access the 'tools' option in the menu bar. Follow the prompts and select the label size you require either by the exact measurement or the Avery reference code (eg J675). You then insert the labels in your printer tray and you are ready to print.

Most modern PCs will accommodate Labels however you need to make the right choice for your printer. There is a large selection of Inkjet and Laser Label options to work with your Printer. We also have a large range of Labels for use with Copiers.

Before inserting your labels into your printer the manufacturers suggest that the sheets are fanned (to separate) and then knock the edge on a flat surface before feeding the labels into your printer.

Do not use a sheet of labels if the edges are bent or damaged.

Once a label has been removed from a sheet, DO NOT re-feed the sheet through the printer as this could damage the printer and/or the printer drum.

Clear Labels are designed to blend with white and light backgrounds for a highly professional look. They look great on coloured envelopes also. We supply clear labels that are suitable for use on both Inkjet and Laser printers.

We stock franking machine labels for both automatic and manual machines.

The auto franking labels are dispensed from a cassette feeder designed to ensure the print dries quickly. The label has a grip tab to help speed up the application.

The manual franking machine labels are boxed in 1000's with two labels per sheet.
