Every office needs a steady supply of
A4 paper
. Whether it's for invoices, letters or reports, most documents are tailored to the A4 format.
It is important, however, to have available the best A4 paper for the job in hand – whether that means high quality headed A4 for business letters, or specific papers compatible with different kinds of printer.
Most
A4 paper
comes in a sturdy but light 80 gsm weight rating – that means it weighs 80 grammes per square metre.
Here at
Euroffice
, we have 80 gsm A4 paper from a variety of manufacturers, including Canon, 5 Star, Hewlett Packard, and our own very popular Euroffice printer paper – which comes either in single reams or in boxes of five.
90 gsm is the next most common variety of A4 paper. It's slightly heavier, giving it a feeling of high quality.
Here at Euroffice, we also stock heavy A4 paper. With gsms of 120, 160 and even 250, these are not everyday papers for general office printing. Clearly, 250 gsm A4 paper is much more of a cardboard than a paper.
Different kinds of paper are optimal for different printing devices. Copier paper is different from laser printer paper, which in turn is different from inkjet paper.
