We have got such a great range of magazine files here at Euroffice, I'm going to run you through features of three of our most popular items so you can see how they differ before hitting the checkout.
An entry level magazine file is the 5 Star magazine file in black (909248).
It's really inexpensive, which is great and it can fit foolscap sized items in comfortably.
This would be perfect for any large small or home office and is great if you're on a budget or need to buy a quantity of magazine files and
office supplies
.
Next up let's take a look at the Leitz PLUS magazine file tray (714164).
It has extra capacity and an adjustable spine label holder - so it can be used vertically or horizontally making it really versatile.
Its high front keeps documents in place and can house items of up to A4 size, including folders, papers and of course, magazines!
Finally we have the Leitz PLUS magazine file with extra capacity in black (714211).
Now this sleek and versatile product is perfect for any executive, large or small office.
Designed to be used either standing up or on its side, this magazine file is tough.

Tidy and organised paperwork is the visible difference between a chaotic office and a well-run one – and having the right
files
for the job is essential for keeping your papers under control.
And of course, there are many different kinds of files, each suitable for organising different kinds of material.
The most familiar are transfer files and lever arch files. Both comprise of a hard cover and a metal sprung mechanism inside for securing hole-punched paper.
Transfer files are generally smaller and more portable, and are available in either card or durable polypropylene, in a wide range of colours.
Lever arch files are larger and are better suited to storing documents in one place, although they are portable if necessary.
Again, they come in cardboard and plastic finishes, and we stock lever arch files from trusted brands like 5 Star, Leitz and Concord.
Similar to lever arch files in size and shape are box files. Instead of having the sprung mechanism, however, box files are designed for holding loose papers – in both A4 and foolscap sizes.
A sprung clip within generally stops the papers from getting mixed up or damaged.
Suspension files are hung from the runners within filing cabinets to provide loads of secure filing space.
Again, they come in A4 and foolscap sizes, but do check to ensure which kinds your filing cabinet can accommodate.
