If you need an envelope in a hurry, try making your own.
I love YouTube. I spend my time on it stumbling across different videos. Today, I found a magician that's selling a trick – one that turns regular notepads into a 'puppet', complete with moving eyes and bendy mouth.
A love of office supplies transcends all barriers. It knows neither race, nor creed. It is cross-continental, cross-cultural and, judging by this woman in this video, costly.

Want to add a bit of class to your office presentation? Dutch company OOOMS' gold-plated staples could be the key.
An impressive 100,000 staples make up this artist's Ephemicropolis landscape. All created in an average working week.
Most of us pay very little attention to the envelope – it's just a throwaway piece of office stationery.  Yet some people pounce on them, not because they're waiting for some amazing piece of good news in the post, but because they're fascinated by the geometric patterns printed on the inside.

Did you know that Post-it notes turn 30this year? (Possibly even today!) According to the makers 3M, it* was first sold nationally across he USA in 1980. And we've been singing the praises of this essential item of stationery ever since.

In last Saturday's Guardian, Booker prize winner Hilary Mantel reveals that when words fail her, she seeks consolation in that part of her life that always works: ordering stationery.

I found a BBC interview with Serena Williams in which she talks about Post-it notes. Apparently she writes them to herself before a match to motivate, er, her. Presumably they say helpful things such as 'You can do this', 'You're the best!', 'Don't start going mental at line judges' and so on. (There's a link to the vid at the end of this – but don't skip to it yet!)
