Perhaps it's unfortunate, considering one can be so useful, but I've always found the word 'gusset' a little hard to say. It makes me think of Victorian knickers for some reason; there's an aged, somehow frumpy, yet biological, quality to it. It is a shame, because when I'm trying to write about 5 Star's peel and seal manilla gusset envelopes, it's rather hard not to mention it.
