Clever, isn't it? While it might not be practical for small businesses to use this kind of envelope all the time (each one would have to be folded by hand), for one-off letters it could be a cool thing to do. If I got this from a company, I'd think of them as quirky and creative. Not necessarily words that fit the brand of every type of business, but certainly ones which should help it stand out.
