Over the past few years many industries have seen redundancies and cut backs in the form of reduced salaries. This may or may not be perceived as fair by the people at the receiving end of these cuts. Have you experienced a pay cut and if so do you acknowledge that it was necessary and that the business you work for cut your salary only as far as they absolutely had to?
