How will you improve health in the workplace this year?

 A recent report endorsed by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) found that every year, 140 million working days are lost due to sickness, costing the state approximately £13 billion a year.

Some of the key areas the BHF recommend to focus on to improve health and wellbeing include developing programmes such as increasing workplace activity programme, implementing physical activity initiatives including cycling clubs, healthy eating and mental wellbeing.

 This week, we're focusing on improving workplace health with a sale on selected wellbeing products including kitchen and bathroom cleaning products and hand soaps and gels.
